Core items will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Non-Core, dispatch within 10 working days of receipt of payment.

Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on a Monday.

Once your order is dispatched below are the courier lead times.

Standard delivery

  • Gauteng: 1 – 2 working days
  • Limpopo: 3 – 4 working days
  • Free State: 3 – 4 working days
  • North West: 3 – 4 working days
  • Eastern Cape: 3 – 4 working days
  • Mpumalanga: 3 – 4 working days
  • Western Cape: 2 – 4 working days
  • KwaZulu-Natal: 1 – 2 working days
  • Northern Cape: 3 – 4 working days

The online store is open 24 hours throughout the year except for December, as we are closed during the Christmas period. Our offices are open Monday – Friday, from 8:00am until 4:30pm.

An item can be returned if it has a material or manufacturing defect or does not conform to the product that was ordered.

A defective product is of poor quality, cannot be used, is not durable for a reasonable period of time, and/or is not in good working condition. A custom or manufactured product is non-returnable and will only be replaced if found to be defective.

An exchange/replacement can only take place for any stock product should the incorrect size or product have been ordered.

We will replace the goods, credit your account, or refund the full purchase price provided that:

  • The product is returned within 14 days of purchase
  • The product is in its original packaging or condition
  • There is no evidence of damage, wear and tear
  • The product was used for the sole intended purpose

JIMBU will cover the cost of the collection and delivery fee only for defective garments.

Refunds

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be honoured without proof of purchase. Refunds will be initiated once the stock has been returned to JIMBU and will be processed to the account or credit card that payment was received from. Refunds can take up to 14 days.
